Case Study
Endofree Mini Plasmid Kit and A Company kit were used respectively. Different volumes of pAAV plasmids were extracted at the same time, the elution volume was 50 μl, 2 μl of samples were taken, the concentration of agarose gel was 1%, and electrophoresis was performed at 6 V/cm for 18 min.
pEGFP obtained with TIANprep Maxi Plasmid Kit were separately transfected into endotoxin-insensitive cell line 293T and endotoxin-sensitive cell line Huh7 cells. Expression of GFP were detected in 24 hours after transfection.
Different length of DNA fragments were purified by TIANgel Purification Kit and relevant products from Supplier T, Q and A. 3 μl of the 50 μl eluent was loaded per lane.
