LiScript™ One Step Green RT-qPCR Kit is designed for SYBR Green I-based qPCRs that directly use RNA as templates. The reverse transcription and PCR can be finished in one tube, significantly reducing pipetting procedures and the risk of contamination. The Reverse Trancriptase and Taq DNA Polymerase contained in this kit and an optimized buffer system enables high-sensitive total RNA detection (as little as 1 pg).

Case Study

Taking total RNA from Hela cells as template, the B2M (A) and GUSB (B) gene were amplified using LiScript™ One Step Green qRT-PCR Kit and a similar kit of another brand, respectively. The kit demonstrates a higher amplification efficiency, indicated by a lower Ct value under the same template input and less primer dimers (almost none).
