Lentivirus Concentration Reagent (50 ml)

The Lentivirus Concentration Reagent (5×) is a sophisticated solution crafted for the efficient concentration of lentiviral particles with simplicity, speed, and effectiveness. To use, simply combine 4 volumes of lentiviral supernatant with 1 volume of the reagent, and allow the mixture to incubate briefly at 4°C. Subsequently, centrifuge the blend using a standard centrifuge to achieve a concentrated viral preparation.
