Please note that this transition involves the establishment of a new entity under the name LIFE SCIENCE BIOTECHNOLOGY LLC, and it does not involve any merger, acquisition, or changes to our core business structure or operations.

To ensure a smooth transition, the former entity, LIFESCT LLC, and website www.lifesct.com will be formally dissolved, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Rest assured, all existing data, trademarks, patents and commitments will be seamlessly transferred to LIFE SCIENCE BIOTECHNOLOGY LLC and www.lifescb.com, and there will be no disruption to the services we provide.
